Get ready for FBC’s annual Flag Football event!  And back for a third year is our Chili Cook-off.   We invite you to bring a delicious chili for us all to enjoy and vote on.  Last year’s cook-off was a big hit – we had 15 chilis to try and Vicki Hurley was awarded the “Best Chili” medal.  Let’s see who the new “Chili Champ” will be this year!   After our chili lunch, it will be time for flag football outside on the back field.  Join us for one or BOTH parts of the afternoon.  Sign-up on this page and let us know you’ll be coming!

EVENT DETAILS

Where:  Fishkill Baptist Church

When:  Sunday, January 28th / The Chili Cook-off Lunch begins at 12:30PM & Flag Football will start at 1:30PM

Who:  The entire FBC church family is invited.  You do not have to bring chili to participate; however, the more choices of chili the better the cook-off will be! 🙂

Flag Football: All ages, both male and female, are invited to play!  We will have a separate game organized for those 10 and under.  Please, PLEASE sign-up in advance so we can organize teams before game day (this will help save time on the 28th).

Chili Cook-off:  Bring a pot of your favorite homemade chili for all to try!  Drop-off your chili at the church kitchen before the Sunday service on the 28th and we’ll make sure it stays warm.  Each person at lunch will get to cast a vote for their top 3 favorite chilis.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded, with 1st place getting the highly coveted “Best Chili” medal. 🙂

Please note that this event is not on Super Bowl Sunday like in year’s past.  Our event will be held the week BEFORE Super Bowl.  We hope this allows for more people to join us for the fun!
