The Board of Deacons at Fishkill Baptist Church is made up of 9 members and exists to ensure that the person and works of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, are exalted in every aspect of the church.  They shall assist the pastor(s) in promoting the spiritual welfare of the church and in exercising compassionate and wise oversight of the church membership.  This includes visiting the sick and distressed members, and where deemed necessary, relieve needs through the "Deacon's Fund".

The Deaconess Board at Fishkill Baptist Church is comprised of 9 members who seek out and care for those in  the congregation with specific needs, and to assist in the areas of The Lord's Supper, Baptism, Membership, Nursery School, and Women's Fellowship as well as the Kitchen, Nominating and Flower Committees.

The Board of Trustees is comprised of 9 members and exists to maintain all church properties, generate and administrate the Church Budget including salaries, and tally and deposit monies in the appropriate bank accounts each week as well as provide statements to the Secretary of Finance.
